Your Target’s 5 Biggest Enemies

Your targets 5 biggest enemies

Everyone has some goal to achieve, whatever it is as a student, professional, mother or father, or within aspects related to health and physical fitness. Often we see the road overall and forget that fighting for our goals is about  dedication and is directly related to what we do every day to achieve it.

Therefore, it is useful to know  what factors can ruin your pursuit of your goals:

1. Laziness prevents you from achieving your goals

Walking around all day in nightwear without wanting to clean and roll around in bed does not help you much. These moments should be limited to 2-3 days of relaxation.

Exercising right after you wake up is almost a magical cure.  The radio can be a good friend, so the rest of your day will be much more comfortable and you will feel backed up when you face your day. If you start to feel tired again during the day, think about how good it feels to go to bed knowing about all that you have done.

2. Not to prepare you the night before

Few habits that will not take you more than 20 minutes the night before can make your life so much simpler in amazing ways. Almost 50% of the “small” problems we have can be avoided by planning the day before.

Make sure the sweater and pants you intend to wear are clean and not crumpled. Lay your clothes on a chair where you can see them when you wake up. You almost have to do nothing to put it on! Get  your bag and handbag ready, with all the paper and items you need throughout the day.

Remember the dead phone battery at 12, the paperwork you had to finish at 11, and the list of things to buy for dinner that night. Set alarms if you are taking any kind of medication or if you need to make important calls. Your day will definitely be easier to enjoy.

3. To compare yourself with others

You waste so much time and energy thinking  about others. You are your own reference and everyone has their little inconveniences and problems they have to deal with daily.

4. Not to set aside time for “disturbing thoughts”

Does it often happen that you are in the middle of something at work or school when you  are bombarded by a sea of ideas? Do they flow through your head  and distract you? Are these ideas about things you can in no way solve at the moment? Holidays, the discussion with your customer yesterday, the weekly purchases, bills, to cancel your phone subscription…

It’s good to set aside time during your day to think about those things.  When all those thoughts come up, write them down. Say ” I’ll fix this later.”  You can do this when you are not so busy. Think about them, their solution and at what time of the week you can fix them.

5. Lack of motivation

Being motivated to complete our current action is important.  There is nothing better than looking back and realizing how far you have come despite the situations you have encountered. S tress no more than necessary. Do not worry and stay active. Freeing yourself from all these things will help you see that your dream is no longer on a pedestal and that you can almost reach out and reach it.

So just get started!
