Whoever said that the woman’s heart is weak was wrong.  Few things beat with as much force as the  heart of a woman who loves her family and friends. Emotions, balance and intuition fill her interior, and constitute the most powerful palace in nature.

It is a huge place where there is room for everyone, where everyone is taken care of. A woman’s heart is loyal to its principles and values. It has fought so many battles that it keeps its victories, defeats and decisions to itself. The heart holds many important lessons.

Sometimes a woman’s heart carries many scars, but this does not make it smaller or weaker. She knows that life sometimes hurts, that one can be disappointed… And despite this, she becomes more and more strong because of the pain from these experiences.

We live in a society where the masculine qualities are often highly valued. Such as being able to show dominance, power, self-confidence or to exhibit the most logical reasoning. In reality, these concepts are not, of course, ‘masculine’, but rather characteristics of modernity itself.

Almost in a traditional way  , the aspects that are often associated with the feminine, on the other hand, are something that is always pushed into the background.  As if they were in a way associated with a ‘weakness’:  intuition, emotions, sensitivity, empathy…

What a woman has experienced and had to take with her through her life is something only she knows about. And she prefers to keep quiet about many of these things. She wants to keep them to herself because they are chapters in life that she had to go through to build her own life.

No one can change the people who bring us into this world. Nor can we change those we meet on our way, or change our own world. But there is one thing that one can do and that is to create oneself. To accept, let go and come strong again, with a pride like a thousand soldiers.

Your essence is what gives you strength. It is the one that shapes your heart: emotions, intuition, empathy…  You know how to listen to the voice inside your head. It connects one to things far away and also unites one with the weak points of the world.

You know how to read other people’s expressions. One can anticipate reactions, sense sadness and become infected with joy. And from there, there is no shortage of people who tell you that you are a bit of a magician, but secretly you smile because you know  you do not know everything.  You know that life is about learning. And one knows that what leads one is loyalty and love for those around one. 

The lives of your loved ones fit into your heart

Whoever says that everyone fits into a woman’s heart is wrong.  There comes a time in life when you know very well who deserves to be left out and who deserves to be locked in.

Today, your heart beats calmly because you have left the people who hurt you. No one can be selfish just because they close the door to their heart for those who do not deserve to be there.  It is wisdom and prudence, and most importantly it is self-care.

Deep inside your wise soul actually live the people you love most and who have added meaning to your life. Your heart is the best place for a child to grow. It’s the best place to share with the partner who really deserves it…

But a woman’s heart also deserves its own place. To take care of oneself, to heal oneself, to be free and happy for oneself. Happy with who she is and what she has achieved…
